Our dedicated transition team will strive to ensure that you and your clients experience a smooth transition. Through thoughtful planning, training and communication we are here to support you every step of the way. And good news – much of the repapering process can now be automated!

1. Recruiting

Whether you are with another broker-dealer or already an active recruit with Cambridge, we are open to having a meaningful conversation with you about joining the PJ Advisor Group team. 2. Advisor Transition

You staff will be introduced to a Transition Consultant who will guide you through a detailed, activity-based timeline. This one-on-one support will help you quickly and efficiently navigate registration and licensing, new technology platforms, compliance requirements, and more.

3. Client Transition

The majority of your client account repapering can be automated! By utilizing Docupace and eSign, your client accounts can begin transferring immediately after joining Cambridge. In addition, your Transition Consultant will provide you with the knowledge and tools to confidently prepare new business paperwork and service your client accounts.

4. Business Deelopment

As your transition progresses, your Transition Consultant can provide guidance and templates for your client communication plan, document and process templates, and staff outsourcing solutions. PJ Advisor Group management is also available to consult on product choices or complex case-specific issues.
